This unique course utilises cadaveric specimens to explore the relationship between key structures in the region. Theory lectures will also give an overview of embryological development and abnormality and pathology in the pelvic region.  This is a one day, in person course.\n\n \n\nAbout your Tutors: The course tutor Jonathan Hobbs is former AACP Chair (10 years) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is a former principal of a school of physiotherapy with over 25 years of clinical experience and well over 3000 students taught worldwide including physios within Team GB, Premiership football, MoD, NHS in the UK & NFL and Navy SEALs in the US. He has taught acupuncture for pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological health for almost 20 years and taught cadaveric anatomy for over 10 years.  Along with Luke Welsh and Steve Buddle, Jonathan has had their Chapter entitled "Applied Anatomy for Acupuncture" published in Biomedical Visualisation by Springer in late 2024.\n\n \n\nLuke Welsh, Director of Anatomy at Keele Anatomy and Surgical Training Centre will also be joint lead on the course.\n\n \n\nRefreshments and lunch are provided.\n\n \n\nPrerequisites:  All participants should be registered physiotherapists or associated health care professionals.\n\n DTSTART:20251024T080000Z DTEND:20251024T153000Z LOCATION:Keele University END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
