DESCRIPTION:Meeting overview\n\nAs a follow-up to the meeting that was held in September 2024, as part of the AGM, POGP members are invited to attend an informal discussion meeting about perinatal pelvic health service (PPHS) implementation on Wednesday 7 May 2025 from 6.30pm – 8.30pm, via Zoom.\n\nThe PPHS has been rolled out across England and POGP are interested to understand the following:\n\nWhat has gone wellWhat has not gone so wellImpact on referral rates and W/LHow are services being run: a separate service or integrated within your current pelvic health serviceHave you developed any resources as part of implementing the PPHS in your areaWould having PPHS resources stored in one place by POGP for all to access be helpful (credit to be given to the creators/authors)Recruitment and retention of staffing to physio and midwife rolesPurchasing of equipmentClinical space availabilityDo you run a dedicated perineal injury clinicDo you have any support from an obstetrician in any of your clinicsWhat support has been available from your organisation in the implementation process and on-going running of the serviceHow might POGP be able to support its members regarding the PPHSIt would be great to have some insight as to how different areas/organisations are managing this service, as POGP are aware that everyone’s experience has been very different.\n\nHopefully many of you will be able to attend some or part of the meeting and POGP looks forward to seeing you then.\n\nAccess to the meeting\n\nThe meeting will be held via Zoom.\n\nPlease register for the meeting via the 'Book online for this event' blue button at the top right of this page.
