Personal Statement

I am a msk physiotherapist with experience in spinal pain, lower limb injuries, post-operative rehab with a special interest in antenatal, postnatal, diastasis (tummy gap), pelvic pain and female bladder dysfunction. I enjoy helping people get back to their activities be it sport or running around after their children, with a verity of tools including Pilates, acupuncture, empowering them with education and self-management tools.
