POGP membership survey & prize draw

POGP want to hear from you and would be very grateful if you could complete its membership survey. The survey is anonymous and should only take 4-5 minutes to complete. Your answers are very important and will help POGP direct its activities and support its membership.

As a thank you, you will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw (see details below).

Overview

The Trustees and Board of POGP are working to build the organisation for the benefit of members, healthcare service users and stakeholders in the pelvic health arena. A recent, facilitated strategy and planning event identified the need for POGP to learn more about what matters to its members to optimise meeting its objectives and delivering its vision. POGP are aware that membership criteria and workforce issues are two areas that matter to members. Improving POGP’s role in promoting excellence in healthcare and expanding the specialist workforce will in turn benefit the healthcare service users.

Survey & prize draw

Please click here to access the survey, which will close on Sunday 8 October 2023 at 11.59pm.

Once you have submitted your responses, you will be offered a link to the prize draw entry form, please follow that link and submit your contact details if you wish to enter the draw. There are up to three prizes of £100 each to be won – one pot of £100 for every 100 replies, up to a maximum of 3 pots.

The prize draw form is not linked to the main survey and therefore your answers to the survey are completely anonymous.

Thank you for your time.

best wishes,

POGP
