Dear POGP Member,

The Annual General Meeting of POGP is being held online on the 1st October 2021 at the POGP Virtual Conference. We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible, both at Conference and the AGM.

If you are not attending conference and would like to attend the AGM LIVE then please email us at info@pogp.co.uk with your full name and email address giving us permission to share this information with Fitwise, who are managing the AGM on POGP's behalf. We will then send you, individually, a link to attend live.

If you are attending conference, then you will automatically have access to the LIVE AGM during the conference.

If you are unable to attend on-line but wish to vote to adopt / reject the proposals, you will need to register for a proxy or postal vote Please find links to proxy and postal voting forms at the end of this email.

Please also find a link directly to the UK Charity Commission website which holds the POGP year-end accounts March 2020. Year-end accounts March 2021 are still with the Shaw Gibbs and will be distributed in draft form as soon as they are available. There will be time allocated during the AGM to answer any questions regarding the accounts and we welcome these. Please also do not hesitate to email finances@pogp.co.uk

As a reminder there are several Trustee and subcommittee vacancies available for members who are keen to make a difference to both physiotherapists working in the field of POGP and of course to the women and men across our country who we, as POGP physiotherapists, serve.
