Personal Statement

Aoife is a senior physiotherapist where she specialises in women's health and musculoskeletal disorders. She is trained in Pilates, acupuncture and manipulation and treats a variety of MSK and Pelvic health conditions. She treats ante-natal and post-natal conditions (e.g. pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain), bladder and bowel conditions (e.g. urinary incontinence, over active bladder, faecal urgency or incontinence) and pelvic pain conditions. Aoife enjoys collaborating with her patients, to engage them in their rehabilitation, by setting patient centred goals that aim to enable return to function.
