Personal Statement

Sharon has approximately 19 yrs practising in pelvic health physiotherapy, starting her journey whilst living in Brisbane, Australia, before moving back to the UK in 2018. Her assessment and therapy skills include pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, painful sex, vaginal prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal issues, bladder disorders such as painful bladder syndrome, and muscle coordination problems where the pelvic floor is underactive or overactive. She is also trained to assess and fit pessaries for pelvic organ prolapses and works as an expert witness.
