Personal Statement

Hi everyone I’m Lauren & I’ve worked as a specialist women’s health physiotherapist since 2017. Over the years I've completed additional training courses in: psychosexual medicine, pre & post-natal care, coaching, & bladder pain syndrome/ cystitis. I'm also a fully qualified personal trainer. I truly believe as women we deserve to feel powerful, confident, & beautiful - but it's hard to feel that way when you're dealing with problems like incontinence & vaginal pain ! I’m passionate about making women feel heard & seen & providing them with expert, evidence informed care to treat the problems they're dealing with
