Personal Statement

I am passionate about helping women through all stages of their life,whether it is through motherhood or menopause. With a strong background in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Clinical pilates, I provide a holistic approach to patient care, addressing posture, breathing and pelvic floor/abdominal synergy first as the foundation from which to build rehabilitation program. I believe in collaboration within the multidisciplinary team, and will always liaise with pther healthcare professionals if I believe further intervention is required. I enjoy educating my patients in how to use their body efficiently and effectively to enable optimal function.
