Personal Statement

Hello! I specialise in postnatal rehabilitation but am also happy to work with pregnant women and those with pelvic floor issues not related to pregnancy/ birthing. I love helping women regain their natural pre-baby strength, endurance, and form. Before qualifying as a Physiotherapist, I worked in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I'm also skilled in various massage therapies. Now, I use my holistic background in conjunction with the more scientific methods of physiotherapy to provide comprehensive treatment for my clients. I am in Leytonstone and also offer hypopressive exercise, visceral manipulation therapy and C-Scar massage therapy.
