I have been working as a chartered physiotherapist and plus pilates teacher for the last 20 years. I specialised in musculoskeletal health before advancing my practice in the field of pelvic health so I have a wealth of experience to offer you. I understand how challenging pelvic health issues can be for women and how important it is to seek the right support.
