Personal Statement

My name is Gibwa (pronounced ‘Jee-bwa’) and I am a qualified musculoskeletal and pelvic physiotherapist with a passion for Women’s and Pelvic Health. I have a Masters as well as a Pilates diploma under my belt, and have worked in a number of different healthcare and fitness settings in South Africa, Japan, Canada and the UK. I specialise in prenatal and postpartum care, and am currently seeing female clients for urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, prenatal and postpartum joint pains, diastasis recti and postpartum pelvic floor assessment.
