Graduated from Ulster University with a degree with honours in Physiotherapy in 2007. Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Extensive pelvic health experience and over 17 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and professional sports. Extensive postgraduate training in pelvic health. Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Also a recommended practitioner for pelvic girdle pain through The Pelvic Partnership, a certified Mummy MOT® Practitioner and a Holistic Core Restore Coach®.
