I am a specialist women’s and men’s health physiotherapist and the clinic lead at Ten Health and Fitness in London. I have over 14 years experience and treat everything from continence issues, to pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, prenatal rehabilitation and return to high level sport and exercise post pregnancy.
