The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of POGP is being held on Friday 10 October 2025, 12:25, during the first day of conference. We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

Reports

Please find at the bottom of this page links to the POGP Annual Report submitted to the Charities Commission which includes the POGP audited accounts. Additional links are to the agenda for this year’s AGM, last year’s AGM minutes and a report outlining the current position of the Board of Trustees including those who will be standing down in accordance with Charity Commission requirements.

Voting

The AGM is your opportunity to be involved in the direction the POGP takes. You are invited to vote to re-elect trustees who will be standing down as per Charity Commission requirements mentioned above, and to elect other new applicants, should expressions of interest be received. For those not attending the AGM in person or online, proxy and postal voting forms are available and can be found in the key documents section at the bottom of this page. Voting forms should be returned by Wednesday 9 October, 17:00 to be valid.
