POGP is delighted to be offering a first look at its animation project during the AGM
The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of POGP is being held online on Friday 18 September 2026, 12:30. We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

POGP Animation Project Preview and Workforce Survey Update
During the AGM, POGP is delighted to be sharing with its members a first look at one of the animation videos from an exciting first-of-a-kind suite of educational resources to support training on vaginal and anorectal assessments in the male and female patient.
An introduction and update will also be shared on the POGP workforce research project supported by the CSP and other professional networks which is expected to contribute to up-to-date data and a clearer understanding of the future needs for workforce resilience.

Please find at the bottom of this page links to the POGP Annual Report submitted to the Charities Commission which includes the POGP audited accounts. Additional links are to the agenda for this year’s AGM, last year’s AGM minutes, a report outlining the current position of the Board of Trustees including those who will be standing down in accordance with Charity Commission requirements, and text from two applications for role of trustee board member.
Voting
The AGM is your opportunity to be involved in the direction the POGP takes. You are invited to vote to elect new applicants. For those not attending the AGM, proxy and postal voting forms are available and can be found in the key documents section at the bottom of this page. Voting forms should be returned by Wednesday 16 September 2026, 17:00 to be valid.

You are invited to submit questions concerning the reports. Questions can be sent in, prior to Wednesday 16 September 2026, 17:00, to info@thepogp.co.uk.
