Personal Statement
I’m a pelvic health physiotherapist currently working both in the private sector and the NHS.
Before specialising in pelvic health, I worked in outpatient physiotherapy, which gave me a strong foundation in how the body moves, functions, and recovers.
Now, I focus on supporting women with things that often go unspoken, such as bladder and bowel symptoms, prolapse, pelvic pain, postnatal recovery, and pregnancy-related issues.
I’m passionate about helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and feel more confident getting the right support.
