Lydia Durkin George (BSc, MSc, MCSP) is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Soft Tissue Therapist, and the founder of Form.at.Physio. She holds a special interest in breaking down barriers to movement and female athlete health. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from The University of Salford and an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health from UCL. She has also conducted research in collaboration with The International Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) Centre of Research Excellence.
