Personal Statement

I am passionate about improving the quality of women’s health physiotherapy in the UK. ‘One third of women in the UK between 35-55 years old suffer leakage’ and few seek help. Many are suffering in silence and have leakage / pelvic floor issues branded as ‘normal’ - but there is a simple solution with physiotherapy exercises!
