Personal Statement

I am a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist based in Woldingham, Surrey, running my own physio-led Reformer Pilates studio and clinic. I treat women with obstetric conditions, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and post-gynecological surgery rehabilitation. My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with targeted Pilates to support recovery, improve function, and enhance quality of life.
