Personal Statement

I am a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with additional musculoskeletal and orthopaedic expertise. I provide compassionate, individualised care for bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual difficulties, pregnancy related conditions and postnatal recovery. I also support rehabilitation following gynaecological, urological and pelvic surgery, helping people return safely to exercise and sport. Treatment may include pelvic floor rehabilitation, bladder or bowel retraining, tailored exercise, relaxation techniques, scar management, biofeedback and electrical stimulation. I understand these concerns can be difficult to discuss and offer a respectful, trauma informed environment where every patient feels heard and involved.
