I'm Melanie, Founder of Embody Physiotherapy & Pelvic Health. I have a particular interest in women’s & pelvic health, and supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period. I am passionate about helping women understand their bodies, and feel confident in movement and exercise. I take an individualised, evidence-based approach and aim to provide a supportive environment where women feel listened to, understood and confident in their recovery.
