Personal Statement

I am a women's health (WH) and musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist. My WH specialism is in pregnancy and post-natal recovery in high-level female athletes including prolapse management and pessary fitting. In MSK I specialize in lower limb sports injuries. I enjoy rehabbing women who would like to return to running, CrossFit and weights after giving birth. I am also passionate about working with dancers across all genres from ballet to contemporary physical theatre to puppetry.
