Personal Statement

I provide trauma-informed and loss-sensitive support for physical postpartum recovery after baby loss. Face-to-face services are provided at The Alder Centre in Liverpool, online options also available. I also offer training for physios on providing support following baby loss, and am involved in national policy development and research into the impact of physical activity on the grief journey following loss.
