Personal Statement

Graduated as a physiotherapist in 1995 from UCL, gained a certificate in women’s health from Bradford and due to my continued interest in sport I completed my PhD in Biomechanics from the University of Nottingham in 2011. Clinically I continue to treat patients with both pelvic health and musculoskeletal issues and currently I am also working as a research fellow at the University of Nottingham. MY research interests are pelvic floor dysfunction in athletic women and exercisers and barriers for women seeking help.
