Personal Statement

I am a HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapist, POGP member and founder of LUMA Women’s Health. Alongside my private practice, I work as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist within NHS Hull University Teaching Hospitals. I specialise in pelvic health physiotherapy, supporting women with concerns including bladder leakage, prolapse, pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. I also provide pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy for musculoskeletal pain, abdominal muscle changes and postnatal recovery, alongside pregnancy and postnatal massage. My approach is friendly, compassionate and evidence-based, with personalised care to help women feel comfortable, confident and supported throughout every stage of life.
