Personal Statement

I am a Mummy MOT® practitioner who is passionate about supporting women through their postnatal recovery. Being a first time mother myself, I understand how vulnerable and overwhelming the postnatal period can feel, and how easily women’s own recovery gets overlooked. I believe every mother deserves a thorough, compassionate assessment that addresses her individual needs, whether that’s core and pelvic floor function, diastasis recti, or simply feeling confident in her body again. My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with holistic care, empowering women to heal well and return to the activities they love, safely and with confidence.
