Personal Statement

I am a Senior Physiotherapist and also a mum with a special interest in pelvic health. Following my own birth injury, I developed a passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and a range of pelvic floor, bladder, bowel and musculoskeletal conditions. I am committed to providing evidence-based, person centred care, helping individuals understand their symptoms and achieve their goals. My aim is to create a supportive environment where patients feel listened to, informed and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
