We are a team of expert pelvic health physiotherapists who specialise in treating people with pelvic floor related issues and post natal rehab. We offer the Mummy MOT for all women who have had a baby and wanting to understand what they could be doing to optimise their physical recovery. We also offer sessions for people experiencing specific issues such as incontinence, prolapse or chronic pelvic pain.
