Personal Statement

I am passionate about supporting women of any age back to optimum pelvic health allowing them to return to activities they love doing. Qualified since 1999 I have worked in the NHS and privately specialising in Women’s Health for the past 16 years. I am the Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist at the New Victoria Hospital, Kingston and run my own business Core and Floor Physiotherapy in Teddington, South West London I am a keen runner and road cyclist and have 4 children so understand balancing the demands of a family with exercise and activities.
