Personal Statement

I am passionate about teaching women to better understand how their bodies work, so they can achieve their health and exercise goals. I believe in taking an empathic and caring approach in order to provide individualised and evidence-based treatment plan for each patient. I believe that each patient is the ‘expert’ of their own body and a great partnership between therapist and patient is paramount to treatment success.
