Personal Statement

I focus on teaching people to optimise pelvic floor function through education, adaptation and exercise. Many don't realise pelvic floor muscles are equally important as belly muscles in core control. My expertise includes treatment of pelvic floor weakness, prolapse, erectile dysfunction, incontinence and bowel dysfunction. During six years in Barts Health NHS Trust (London’s highest birth rate), I honed skills to treat perinatal women with pain, scar issues and uncomfortable sex. I am passionate for people to restore pelvic health to live full, active lives. I also have extensive experience providing urology/gynaecological prehab and post-op rehab.
