Lizzie is the clinical lead for pelvic health Physiotherapy in North West Wales as well as clinical director of Empower Pelvic Health. She is experienced in all aspects of pelvic health, including bowel dysfunction and pelvic pain, and has a particular passion for prolapse management and supporting ladies with pelvic health challenges to return to sport/ activity or just daily living. She also works with c section and oncology scars and the challenges they can bring. She continually updates her knowledge to bring you the very highest level of evidenced based care.
