Lizzie is the clinical lead for pelvic health Physiotherapy in North West Wales as well as clinical director of Empower Pelvic Health and a scar specialist tutor for HLP Therapy. She is experienced in all aspects of pelvic health, including bowel dysfunction and pelvic pain, and has a particular passion for prolapse management and supporting ladies with pelvic health challenges to return to sport/ activity or just daily living. She also works with c section and oncology scars and the challenges they can bring. Continually updating her knowledge, Lizzie brings you the very highest level of evidenced based care.
