Personal Statement

Clinical Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 15 years' experience helping women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and pelvic health conditions. I provide evidence-based, compassionate care for bladder, bowel, prolapse, pelvic pain, birth recovery and return to exercise. My aim is to help women understand their bodies, regain confidence and achieve their personal goals. Alongside my clinical practice, I am completing a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice in Pelvic Health, ensuring my patients benefit from the latest research and best practice. I am passionate about empowering women to move, exercise and live without pelvic health symptoms limiting them.
