Notice of Annual General Meeting of POGP


The Annual General Meeting of POGP is being held on 3  November 2023  during the first day of the POGP conference. We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible, both at Conference and the  AGM. 

Reports and voting

If you are not attending the conference but wish to vote to adopt or reject the proposals, you will need to register for a proxy or postal vote.  Please find links to proxy and postal voting forms at the bottom of this page.

Questions

There will be time allocated during the AGM to answer any questions regarding the accounts and we welcome these. Please also do not hesitate to email finances@thepogp.co.uk with any questions you may have. 

You are invited to submit questions concerning the reports ahead of a vote to adopt the reports. Questions can be sent in, prior to 17:00 on 1 November 2023, to info@thepogp.co.uk.

Conference organising committee chair – Debbie Plowman (Term ending) 

Public Relations Officer – Danielle Alebon 

Ordinary trustee – Debbie Dillon 

Ordinary trustee – Vacant 

Invited board members – Sally Reffold and William Taylor 

We will be seeking to appoint two new board members due to terms of office ending and board changes: Honorary Treasurer and Ordinary Trustee. We welcome members who are keen to make a difference to both physiotherapists working in the field of pelvic health and of course to the women and men across our country who we, as pelvic health physiotherapists, serve. 

Do not hesitate to approach any of our current committee members regarding these or by emailing us at info@thepogp.co.uk or complete the  trustee application form.
