POGP Booklets
The Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological booklets listed below are available to view and download for free. This change was made in July 2019 to benefit patients and professionals.
NOTICE UPDATE 24 October 2025
In April 2025 we were very sad to announce the closure of Ralph Allen Press, who printed and distributed POGP’s patient information booklets for many years. Since that time POGP has been working to try to offer the same service via another print house, but due to market conditions, this has not been possible.
Instead, POGP is very happy to announce that print-ready PDFs of the booklets will be available for the in-house professional printing of the booklets. Additionally, POGP will allow each Trust or private pelvic health organisation to display its own logo and contact details on the back page of the booklets.
The standard booklets for at-home printing remain available on the website in PDF format.
Should you require any further information or would like to request any print-ready PDFs, please contact info@thepogp.co.uk.

Evaluation of POGP patient information booklets
To make sure that the content of any POGP publication remains as up to date as possible there is a review process in place. The POGP education subcommittee is responsible for overseeing the review of a POGP publication and relies on POGP members volunteering to assist in the process The booklet review programme also includes evaluation from the general population.
The ESC wishes to acknowledge both members and its user’s generosity in supporting this process
